Our Xmate Valve Tank Bottom Diaphragm Valve features a one-piece forged body, purpose-built for tank-bottom drainage and sampling. Direct tank connection creates a short flow path with minimal dead space, enabling complete drainage of vessel contents and maximum product recovery. Precision-polished interiors and pharmaceutical-grade diaphragms ensure cleanliness and meet CIP/SIP requirements, making it ideal for fluid control at the bottom of formulation tanks, storage vessels, and bioreactors across biopharma.

All valve bodies include a permanent heat number, which can be traced in accordance with EN 10204 3.1. All Exodc^® Xmate Valves are supplied with standard certified factory test reports (CMTRs).
